We have managed to make contact with Scott from the Vila Central Hospital. He was able to report that the Melanie Jewson Memorial Chapel is intact and the hospital is functioning OK. The patients have been transferred to the new section and there has been some damage to the older parts of the Hospital. We assured him they have so many thoughts and prayers coming from Australia. He said thanks. We also assured him that the MJF will be there for the long haul….when the emergency support has diminished. We will continue to keep you updated. All donations will be so very gratefully received.
