Enjoy canapés, live music and a welcome drink in beautiful surrounds alongside guest speaker Rev. Tim Costello AO and other special guests, including Deputy Prime Minister of Australia and MJF Patron Richard Marles MP and Dr. Sereana Natuman, Head of the Medical Department at Vila Central Hospital.

Hosted by Geelong luminary Roxie Bennett at the beautiful Provenance Winery in Fyansford, 10 Years of Impact aims to raise $25,000 for health and education in Vanuatu. Enjoy an afternoon of exceptional food and drink as you bask in the warm tones of musician Lisa Hanley, witness stimulating speeches and have the chance to bid on some stunning items in our silent auction.

10 Years of Impact promises to be a wonderful celebration of what we’ve achieved over the last 10 years, and with you alongside us, what we will be able to achieve in the next.

About Rev. Tim Costello: Tim Costello is an Australian Baptist minister, qualified lawyer, current Executive Director of Micah Australian and Chief Advocate of World Vision Australia (where he formerly served as CEO from 2004 to 2016). One of Australia’s most respected community leaders, Tim is renowned for ensuring the challenges of global poverty are firmly and consistently on the national agenda. A National Trust Poll in 2014 elected him one of Australia’s 100 national living treasures.

About Dr. Sereana Natuman: Dr. Sereana trained in Fiji and holds a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery, Post-Graduate Diploma in Internal Medicine and a Masters of Medicine in Internal Medicine. Sereana is currently Head of Medicine at Vila Central Hospital.

About Richard Marles, MP: The Honorable Richard Marles is currently the Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, Minister for Defence and the Federal Member for Corio. He has been a patron of the MJF since 2018.

About Roxie Bennett: Roxie Bennett is a Master Life Coach and professional speaker and presenter in Geelong, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and beyond. She combines her coaching and speaking career with PR and marketing through her boutique agency, Plan.it Roxie and a highly successful radio career on Bay 93.9.

About Provenance Winery: Nestled in the Moorabool valley just a stone’s throw from central Geelong, Provenance is one of the region’s premier venues, known for its stunning heritage-listed bluestone function room and exceptional food and wine.  Provenance is one of James Halliday’s 5-star wineries.

About Lisa Hanley: Originally from Geelong and trained at WAAPA, Lisa Hanley is a Melbourne based musician and singer. With simply her voice, guitar and a stomp box she plays warm room-filling covers for music loving audiences of all ages.
